Quick, rewarding, tasty…
1.
Grind yeast into lukewarm milk, add sugar and let rise for 15 minutes. Then add this to the flour along with the oregano, veggies and oil. Make a dough from the mixture and let it rise for about 20 minutes.
2.
Divide the risen dough into 5 equal parts and roll out each part on a floured board into a circle. Brush them all with ketchup mixed with pizza seasoning and divide them into 8 triangles. Place a slice of cheese, ham and corn on each triangle.
3.
Twist the triangles from the wider edge to the narrower edge. Place the filled rolls on an oiled baking tray, brush them with beaten egg, sprinkle with grated edamame and put them in a preheated oven to bake. (185°C)
