Pizza Margherita gluten free recipe
Here is the recipe to make a gluten free Margherita pizza, perfect for the ww diet, especially for those who follow the purple plan.
Ingredients for 6 parts:
7 SP – Green / 6 Sp – Blue / 4 SP – Purple
For the dough:
200 g cornstarch or other gluten-free flour 1 tablespoon olive oil 50 g plain yogurt 0% 1 egg 1 tablespoon baker’s yeast Pinch of salt water
For the rest:
50 g tomatoes 1 handful arugula 125 g low-fat mozzarella 60 g tomato coulis 40 g grated cheese 1 tablespoon olive oil
Preparation:
In a bowl, mix the flour with the yeast, then add the salt and mix again.
Add the egg, yogurt, olive oil and mix again, adding the water little by little.
Knead the dough until it becomes elastic, then cover it with a clean cloth and let it rest for 1 hour.Spread the dough on a pizza pan.
Wash the arugula leaves and wring them out well.
Spread the tomato coulis over the dough, then slice the mozzarella and arrange it on top of the dough.
Wash and dry the tomatoes, then slice them and place them on the pizza.
Sprinkle with grated cheese, with a drizzle of olive oil, then put the gluten-free Margherita pizza to bake in a preheated oven at 180° for about 15minutes.
Halfway through cooking, add the arugula leaves to the pizza, then serve hot.
