One of the variants of goulash, this time made of beef kielbasa, light beer, lard, onion, garlic and spices.

Procedure:
1. Cut the meat into cubes
2. Fry the peeled and finely chopped onion in lard, add the cubes of meat, fry until the meat darkens, pour in water and 1/
2 of the above amount of beer
3. Salt and pepper the dish and simmer until tender, as the juices evaporate top up with beer 4. Thicken the finished goulash with grated hard bread, season with marjoram and garlic and simmer for 5 more minutes.
Recommendation:
Serve best with potato dumplings and fried onions.
