Piperad – vegetable mixture with ham.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Cut the ham into cubes, cut the cleaned peppers into noodles, rinse the tomato with boiling water, peel and cut into pieces
2. Fry the ham in hot oil, add the peppers, tomatoes, ground pepper, salt, thyme, garlic and simmer under a lid on a small flame until the tomatoes are mashed
3. Pour in the beaten eggs and let them curdle, stirring constantly
4. Add salt to the mixture as needed.
