Pineapple Speckle Curry

Cooked speck stirred into a spicy cream sauce.

Ingredients:

Rule for 4 servings: 200 ml pineapple juice 100 ml cream 2 tbsp butter 1 tbsp curry spices 1 pk white onion 1 pk pineapple

1 pc red hot peppers 1 pk red bell peppers chili seasoning For the skewers: 400 g smooth flour 120 ml milk 4 pcs eggs water salt

Procedure:

1. Clean and dice the pineapple
2. Remove the seeds from the peppers and cut them into noodles
3. Let the curry spices and finely chopped onion froth in melted butter, add pineapple, hot pepper and paprika
4. Fry everything and pour cream and pineapple juice, heat, salt, pepper, season with ground chilli
5. Finally add the cooked speck and mix well, preferably serve immediately.

Preparation of speck:
1. Mix the flour with eggs, milk and a pinch of salt to a smooth batter
2. Bring enough salted water to the boil
3. Rinse the cutting board with cold water, put a small piece of dough on it and spread it with a wide knife
4. Scrape the longer pieces of dough into the boiling water until all the dough is used up
5. Once the spaetzle has floated to the surface, let it come to the boil, then pull it out, drain and leave to drain
