Pineapple-Cucumber Soup

Take inspiration from this recipe for a fresh summer soup and treat yourself to a healthy cool down. For this easy recipe, all you need besides the ingredients is a quality blender, a knife and some time.

Ingredients:

1 pk pineapple peeled and cut into chunks 1.5-2 pk 2 pcs spring onions (white part) 1.5 cups 100% pineapple juice 1/2 cup fresh cilantro 4 tspground jalapeƱo pepper, or 1 fresh 1/4 tsp sea salt

Procedure:

  • Place the pineapple and cucumbers in the container with the chopping blade, close the container and place the blender on top, chop the ingredients on level 7 for 30 seconds
  • Make sure everything is thoroughly chopped and process for another 15 to 30 seconds if necessary
  • Transfer the mixture into a sealable container and add all the other ingredients, mixing thoroughly
  • Taste, and add seasoning if needed
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes and serve garnished with a sprig of cilantro.
  • Recommendation:

    If you leave the cucumbers unpeeled, the soup will be beautifully green and contain even more vitamins.
