100 g semi-coarse spelt wholemeal flour 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp ground cinnamon 3 tbsp cane sugar 1 pk egg 100 ml milk 100 g fresh cleaned pineapple 1 pk ripe banana

Cut the fruit into small pieces.

Place the flour in a bowl, stir in the baking powder, cinnamon and sugar. Then beat in the egg and milk with a whisk. Make a smooth batter and stir in the fruit.
