Pinch peppers with rice

200 g chicken breast 2 cloves garlic 1 tsp ground hot pepper 1 tsp ground black pepper 1 pk onion 1 pk rice chicken hearts

Wash the chicken breasts and cut into cubes. Wash the onion clean and cut into small cubes.

Heat the oil in a pot where you fry the onions, and then put the chopped chicken breast pieces in the pot.

Clean the garlic and press it onto the sliced chicken breasts. Sear the chicken breasts and sprinkle with ground hot pepper. Add the chicken hearts. Cover with water so that the meat is just below the surface and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cover. Cook for about 50 minutes.

Put the water in the pot and then rinse the rice, which you will add to the pot. Season with salt and cover the pot tightly with a blanket. The rice will take about 10 to 15 minutes to cook. If the blanket is in place, count on that as well. Use a fork to fluff up the rice during cooking.When the rice is soft it is cooked.
