Pike with Creamed Horseradish

Cooked pike according to Hungarian recipe.

Ingredients:

Ingredients for 4 people: 4 pcs portions of pike 60 g of root Vegetable Recipes (carrots, parsley, celery) lemon juice salt For creamed horseradish: 4 dl sour cream 3 tbsp finely grated horseradish 1 tbsp smooth flour 30 g butter salt

Procedure:

1. Place the cleaned portions of pike in a small amount of boiling salted, acidified water, add sliced Vegetable Recipes
2. Cook until soft (about 12-14 minutes)
3. Transfer the cooked portions of pike to plates, top with creamed horseradish and serve.

Preparation of creamed horseradish:
1. Sprinkle finely grated horseradish with plain flour, sprinkle with salt
2. Pour in sour cream, one deciliter of pike broth, add butter, stir and simmer, stirring constantly.

Recommendation:

Garnish: Boiled potatoes.
