Pike after Solnohrad

Removed portions of pike seasoned with salt and lemon juice, seared in a pan, finally baked in the oven in a baking dish sprinkled with cheese and breadcrumbs, drizzled with butter.

Ingredients:

4 pcs portions of pike 150 g 120 g 80 g butter 80 g oil 80 g oil

/td> 20 g of breadcrumbs lemon juice ground pepper salt

Procedure:

1. Remove the skin from a portion of pike, then salt, pepper, drizzle with lemon juice and refrigerate for 30 minutes
2. Fry the pike in a pan in hot oil on both sides
3. Arrange the roasted pike in a buttered fireproof dish, sprinkle thickly with grated cheese and breadcrumbs, drizzle with butter
4. Bake the dish in an oven heated to 200 °C until golden brown.

Recommendation:

Serve with boiled potatoes.
