200 g semolina flour 150 g cottage cheese 500 g apple 30 g butter 40 g cocoa 60 g cocoa powdered sugar 1 pk egg 50 g raisins to taste salt, water
procedure
1. Add the cottage cheese, egg and salt to the flour and work into a dough which you roll out to a thickness of 0,5 cm. Using a glass, prick out the rounds and place the quartered apples and some raisins on top. Fold the dough over and press the edges together. 2. Boil the pierogi in water for about 3-4 minutes. Then pour melted butter over them and sprinkle with cocoa and sugar.
