Piedmontese Fish Salad

Salad prepared from baked or steamed fish fillets, apple, cheese, mayonnaise and other ingredients.

Ingredients:

300 g of baked or steamed fish fillet 100 g mayonnaise or mayonnaise 100 g hard cheese 100 g hard cheese 1 piece of apple 1 pc garlic cloves 1 pc small celery lemon juice parsley

Procedure:

1. Cut the fillets into smaller pieces
2. Add diced cooked celery, peeled apple and cheese
3. Season the mayonnaise with grated garlic, season with salt and lemon juice and stir it into the salad
4. Leave the salad in the fridge and garnish each portion with chopped parsley
