Pie with mushrooms and leek

ingredients

400 g puff pastry 1 pk leek 150 g mushrooms 2 tbsp olive oil 1 pk potato cooked in skin 2 pk egg 1 tbsp starch 1 tbsp rosemary to taste salt, ground black pepper

procedure

1. Fry the finely chopped mushrooms and leeks in a frying pan in hot oil. Peel and grate the cooked potato into a bowl. Add the mushrooms and leek, one egg, starch and rosemary. Season the mixture with salt and pepper. 2. Roll out three-quarters of the puff pastry on a floured board and transfer it to the tin. Roll out the remaining pastry, cut into strips and then make a lattice on the pie. 3. Spread the filling over the pastry, cover it a little with the lattice and brush with beaten egg. Place the pie in a preheated oven at 190°C and bake for about 25 minutes.
