Pie with cocktail tomatoes

Leaf dough filled with tomatoes, ham, mozzarella, eggs and spices, baked until golden brown.

Ingredients:

1 packet of puff pastry 1 tablespoon of Provençal seasoning 1 handful chopped fresh basil 350 g cocktail tomatoes 250 g mozzarella 100 g ham 4 pcs

Procedure:

1. Roll out the puff pastry into a sheet, transfer to a baking sheet lined with baking paper (including the edge) and prick the surface of the pastry with a fork
2. Place in a preheated oven at 180 °C and bake (the baked dough should remain light)
3. Cover the pre-baked pie with the ham and mozzarella cut into smaller pieces, cocktail tomatoes and sprinkle with Provençal spices
4. On the prepared pie, crack the eggs (pierce the yolks), add salt, pepper and sprinkle with finely chopped basil
5. Place in the oven and bake slowly until the eggs are set.
