Pie with cheese and tomatoes

180 g spelt flour 50 g plain flour 1 kg egg 3 tbsp olive oil a little lukewarm water 1 pinch salt 100 g mozzarella 100 g Niva cheese 4 pcs tomato 2 tbsp garlic oil 1 KL oregano 1 KL dried garlic to taste ground black pepper
procedure
1. In a bowl, mix both flours, add the egg, salt, olive oil and progressively add water to make a smooth dough that won’t stick. 2. Wash, dry and slice the tomatoes. Grate the mozzarella and crush the Niva. Brush a baking tray with oil, line with the rolled out dough, sprinkle with half the cheese, the Vegetable Recipes and the remaining cheese. 3. Sprinkle the top with oregano, garlic and ground black pepper. Drizzle the filled baking sheet with garlic oil and place the pie in the preheated oven to bake.
