Pickled Hermelin with Dried Tomatoes

Paste of pickled tomatoes, hot peppers, capers, basil and garlic, smeared with halves of ermine, always two halves joined together, stacked in jars with spices, finally covered with oil. Suitable for consumption in 4-5 days!

Ingredients:

4 pieces of ermine 2 pcs onions 2-4 pcs garlic cloves 1 pcs larger hot peppers 1 pack

td>dried tomatoes marinated in oil 1 pack capers fresh basil whole pepper oil to pour over

Procedure:

1. Chop tomatoes, garlic, hot pepper, capers and basil in a blender
2. Cut the hermelines in half, spread the mixture on one of them and cover with onion rings, cover with the other half and press down thoroughly
3. Place them in a suitable jar, garnish with onion, garlic, pepper and hot peppers (you can add basil leaves, I forgot about them 🙂 ) and pour oil over the whole thing
