Pickled Hermelin VI

Another variation on a very popular theme, i.e., ermine marinated in oil together with olives, hot peppers, garlic and other goodies.

Ingredients:

4 pcs of ripened hermelini 2 pcs small onions 2 pcs garlic cloves 2 pcs stacked colored horns pepper paste (harissa) quality sunflower oil several hot peppers a few olives Spices: 8 pcs of black peppercorns

4 pcs of allspice 2 pcs bean leaves peel of thyme Other: appropriate jar with cap, toothpicks

Procedure:

1. Cut through the cheeses, spread with garlic paste, put the sliced onion between the two halves, stick each ermine with toothpicks
2. Layer the prepared ermels in a jar with the other ingredients and spices, finally pour oil over everything
3. Put in a cool place and let rest for at least 5 days.
