Combine
1 portion per 5 litre jar 3 pcs. larger onions 1 pinch of salt 8 cloves crushed garlic or garlic paste 1 tsp. chilli powder 1 packet of bay leaves 1 packet of allspice 1 jar of hot peppers 8 pcs. 1 handful of herbs or herbal spices for steaks 1.50 packets of whole peppercorns 1 jar of goat horn
