Pickled apple peppers

ingredients

apple pepper (alma) onion celery

Infusion

100 g Zeko 1.75 litres water 500 ml vinegar 150 g crystal sugar

Apple peppers in sweet and sour brine, I make it every year from my own harvest:)) It’s delicious!

Wash the apple peppers (alma) and remove the stem. Cut the larger one in half. Place in clean jars, add a piece of onion, celery and spices to taste.

Pour the prepared brine, close with a lid and sterilise at 80°C for 25 minutes. Remove, cover with a blanket and leave to cool. Enjoy!

Pour: in 1.75 litres of water, mix Zeko 100g, 500ml vinegar, 120-150g granulated sugar and boil for 3 minutes. I pour the cooled brine.
