PHOTORECEPT:Bean-spinach goulash

ingredients

1 pk onion 1 can sterilized white beans 1 can sterilized lentils 3 handfuls baby spinach 2 stalks celery stems 2 pk carrots olive oil salt ground black pepper

procedure

1. Fry the onion in the oil. 2. Add chopped celery stalk and cleaned carrots and sauté for at least 5 minutes. 3. Then pour 1.5 litres of water over everything. 4. Meanwhile, blend the lentils and add to the soup. 5. When the Vegetable Recipes are almost tender, add the canned beans and baby spinach. Bring to a simmer and season to taste with salt, black pepper, or soy sauce. 6. GOOD TASTE!
