Pheasant or partridge soup
ingredients
1 pheasant or 2 partridges 1,5 litres water 1 onion 30 g lard 150 g root Vegetable Recipes to taste salt, whole and allspice
procedure
Wash the partridge or pheasant, put in cold water, add salt, onion, whole and allspice and cook. Smother the chopped Vegetable Recipes in the lard, add to the half-cooked meat and cook together. Peel the meat and add it to the soup.
