Pestou

So prepared garlic with basil butter is suitable for all kinds of pasta. Italians also often eat it with various types of prepared fish.

Ingredients:

5-6 pcs of basil sprigs 2 pcs larger garlic cloves 50 g butter 2 tbsp parmesan pinch of salt

Procedure:

1. Rub the peeled garlic with salt
2. Strip the basil leaves from the basil sprigs
3. Mix the butter with the leaves and then rub in the garlic paste and Parmesan cheese, mix well
