Perfect strawberry-vanilla cake with biscuits, spoonable

2 pcs egg 8 tbsp granulated sugar 8 tbsp plain flour 8 tbsp milk 8 tbsp oil 1/2 packet baking powder

fruit syrup round biscuits chocolate for sprinkling strawberries
Strawberry layer
1 packet strawberry pudding 3 tbsp granulated sugar 500 ml milk 80 g butter
Vanilla layer
1 packet Golden Cob 3 tbsp granulated sugar 500 ml milk 80 g butter

Super easy and delicious strawberry and vanilla pudding treat. Yum!

Cesto: Put the eggs and granulated sugar in a large bowl and whisk together. Progressively add milk, oil, plain flour and baking powder.

Pour the prepared batter into the cake pan that you have lined with baking paper. Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 15 minutes

Meanwhile, prepare the puddings. Mix the strawberry pudding with the milk and granulated sugar. Cook the pudding until thick. Pour into a bowl, cover with cling film and leave to cool. Stir 80g of butter into the cooled pudding.
Make the vanilla pudding in the same way. Mix the golden cob in milk with granulated sugar, cook to a thick pudding and leave to cool. Then stir in 80g of butter.

Stir in. Spread the sliced strawberries over the baked cake. Place the biscuits on top of them and pour the fruit syrup that you have mixed in water over them.

Then spread the strawberry pudding, smooth. Spread vanilla pudding on top and smooth.

Sprinkle the top with grated chocolate. Leave to cool well. Enjoy.
