Peppers stuffed with vegetable curd

Peppers stuffed with flavoured cottage cheese mixture, served for example as a tasty and healthy snack.

Ingredients:

250 g soft cottage cheese 2 pcs green peppers 1 pk red peppers 1 pk tomatoes 1 pc pine nuts white yogurt as desired ground pepper salt

Procedure:

1. 1. Then add salt, pepper and mix well (if the curd is too stiff, dilute it with 1-2 tablespoons of white yogurt)
3. Cut the green peppers in half, remove the seeds, wash, dry and fill with the prepared curd mixture
4. Serve with fresh bread.
