Peppers stuffed with three kinds of cheese

5 pcs paprika 100 g feta cheese 100 g Brick cheese ( grated) 1 pcs egg yolk 1 clove garlic black pepper parmesan

Excellent appetizers for toast or fresh salad:

1.

Wash the peppers, cut them in half and clean them from the grains.

In a bowl, mash the feta with a fork, add the grated cheese, squeezed garlic, egg yolk and a little black pepper. I don’t add salt, as feta is quite salty.

3.

Stir and stuff the peppers, which we put on a baking tray with paper. Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C. Halfway through baking, sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Tip: who likes can add chopped chives to the cheese mixture, or finely chopped bacon 🙂
