4 pcs coloured peppers 8 pcs triangular melted cheese 1 pcs Feta cheese 2 pcs egg some breadcrumbs 1 tbsp butter
procedure
1. Wash the peppers, dry them, cut off the tops and cut out the cores. In a bowl, mix the processed cheese, crumbled Feta and eggs. Thicken the mixture with breadcrumbs and fill the peppers with it. 2. Place the peppers in a greased baking dish and cover with the cut tops. Put a knob of butter on each and bake at 170°C for about 20 minutes.
