2 servings 1 red onion 2 red peppers 1 handful of parsley 3 tbsp olive oil 1 pinch of salt 1 pinch of ground pepper 4 pcs. 1 Peel the onion and cut into slices, remove the seeds from the peppers and cut them into small pieces, finely chop the parsley. Heat two tablespoons of oil in a large frying pan, add the onions and fry for about one minute, then add the peppers and fry them over a medium heat for about 5 minutes, when they should soften and lightly fry.
TIP: Eggs in five minutes
2 In a bowl, whisk the eggs well, season them with salt and pepper and stir in the chopped parsley. Slowly pour the egg mixture into the pan so that the Vegetable Recipes are evenly distributed. Over a medium heat, allow the eggs to set slowly, without stirring. When the edges are browned and the bottom of the frittata is browned, call the ‘pá nev’ into the oven for about a minute if the oven is suitable.
