A quick lunch or dinner for pasta and vegetable lovers.
1. Let’s cook pasta. Peel and grate the carrots. Cut the courgette into small pieces and the leek into crescents. If you like, you can slice the ham or bacon into thin strips. 2. Fry the leeks in a little coconut oil, add the ham/bacon and let them fry a little. Add the zucchini and carrots and cook until soft. 3. Add tomato sauce and diced peeled tomatoes. Boil for a while, season with salt and pepper and add the pasta. 4. The finished pasta can be served with grated hard cheese to taste.
