Penne with mozzarella

Cooked pasta tossed with tomato mixture, topped with mozzarella and basil.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Boil the pasta in boiling salted water until tender, then drain it and let it drain
2. Cut the peeled garlic clove into slices and finely tear the washed basil leaves
4. In a deep frying pan in heated oil, briefly fry the garlic slices, add the tomatoes, basil, salt, pepper and simmer briefly
5. Finally, stir the pasta into the tomato mixture, heat through and serve sprinkled with sliced mozzarella and basil.
