Somewhat bland dishes often surprise with their rich flavour and delight with their quick preparation.

Cube the chicken breasts and sauté them with salt and spices in hot oil until done.

Put the Vegetable Recipes in salted boiling water.

Heat the oil in a pan, add the flour and stir until the ingredients are combined. Then add the heated milk and bring everything together to a boil, stirring constantly.
4.
Season the béchamel with salt and pepper, add grated Parmesan cheese and pressed garlic.
5.
Stir in the hot penne, chicken pieces and serve sprinkled with parsley.
