Recipe preparation
1 Slice the Beijing cabbage into thin noodles and divide between two bowls. Mix the oil well with the water, honey, mustard, vinegar and salt and drizzle this mixture over the Peking noodles. If the cabbage is not too spicy, you can adjust it with a fuller spoonful of cooled sour cream or yoghurt. 2 Add chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, etc. to the Peking cabbage to taste to make a multi-course salad with a twist.
