Peking cabbage soup, mushrooms, Vegetable Recipes and chicken

Recipe from Chinese cuisine for a delicious soup prepared from chicken broth, Chinese cabbage, chicken, mushrooms, ginger and spices.
Ingredients:
1.5 L
of chicken broth
200 g
of Beijing cabbage (called Chinese cabbage in shops)
150 g
of chicken
150 g
mushrooms
2 tbsp
soy sauce
2 pcs
garlic cloves
1 piece
piece of ginger
1 pc
carrot
a few drops of chilli sauce
salt
Procedure:
Cut the petioles off the Chinese cabbage leaves, cut the fleshy part into strips, use the leaf blades for salad
Add chopped cabbage, carrot strips to clear chicken broth, season with a piece of ginger, soy sauce, garlic slices, cook until Vegetable Recipes are soft
When the Vegetable Recipes are soft, add mushrooms, chicken pieces, season with chilli sauce, add salt, cook for 10 minutes
