Peking cabbage soup, mushrooms, Vegetable Recipes and chicken

Recipe from Chinese cuisine for a delicious soup prepared from chicken broth, Chinese cabbage, chicken, mushrooms, ginger and spices.

Ingredients:

1.5 L of chicken broth 200 g of Beijing cabbage (called Chinese cabbage in shops) 150 g of chicken 150 g mushrooms 2 tbsp soy sauce 2 pcs garlic cloves 1 piece piece of ginger 1 pc carrot a few drops of chilli sauce salt

Procedure:

  • Cut the petioles off the Chinese cabbage leaves, cut the fleshy part into strips, use the leaf blades for salad
  • Add chopped cabbage, carrot strips to clear chicken broth, season with a piece of ginger, soy sauce, garlic slices, cook until Vegetable Recipes are soft
  • When the Vegetable Recipes are soft, add mushrooms, chicken pieces, season with chilli sauce, add salt, cook for 10 minutes
  • Serve the soup alone or with bread.
