Cooked potatoes in the skin, served with flavoured cottage cheese and acidophilus milk or kefir.

Procedure:
1. 1. Add the cream to the cottage cheese, salt to taste and beat lightly until creamy
3. Take the cooked potatoes from the bowl, peel off the skin and put them on a plate, season the potatoes with cottage cheese, sprinkle generously with chopped parsley, sprinkle with salt and pour melted butter over them
4. Serve kefir or acidophilus milk to drink.
