Peasant Soup

Clear, slightly yellowish soup smells and tastes of beef, Vegetable Recipes and spices.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Put the beef with the bone in salted water with the onion, bring to the boil and then cook over low heat until the meat is tender
2. Remove the meat, peel and cut into smaller pieces
3. Strain the broth, add the diced potatoes, diced root Vegetable Recipes and boil for about 12 minutes
4. Add the chopped cooked meat, the sterilised peas, the cooked pasta to the soup and boil for a while
6. Season with soup seasoning and finely chopped parsley.
Recommendation:
We can also add wide noodles or broken macaroni to the soup.
