Peasant pea soup

ingredients

200 g peas 1.5 litres water 40 g lard 40 g plain flour to taste ground red pepper, salt

procedure

Soak the peas until the next day and cook them until tender. Add a roux of flour, lard and ground paprika, which is covered with milk. Boil until tender. Finally, season with salt.
