On an onion base, sauteed foie gras, set with eggs.

Procedure:
1. Chop the onion finely and fry it in diced bacon along with fresh cottage cheese
2. Add the ground fresh goose blood, ground pepper, marjoram, a clove of garlic rubbed with salt and simmer the blood, stirring constantly, until it turns brown

Recommendation:
Serve with grated horseradish and bread.
