Peasant bread soup

ingredients

4 pcs slices of stale bread 1/2 pcs leek 1,2 liters broth 2 cloves garlic 1 pcs onion 2 tbsp plain flour to taste salt to taste ground black pepper a little marjoram 60 g butter a little crushed cumin

procedure
