Peasant Beer Soup

Soup of light beer, smoked pork belly, mushrooms and Vegetable Recipes, garnished with grated cheese.

Ingredients:

100 g of smoked pork belly 100 g white cabbage 100 g fresh mushrooms 60 g hard cheese 1 pk carrots 1 pc of smaller celery 1 pk leek 4 dcl fresh beer black ground pepper, salt water for pouring

Procedure:

1. Put the diced pork belly in a pot and fry it
2. Add the cleaned and diced Vegetable Recipes and mushrooms, stirring constantly, sauté everything for a while, then pour in water
3. Season with salt and pepper and cook for about 15-20 minutes
4. Finally, pour in the beer and simmer the soup for a while
5. Sprinkle the individual portions of the soup with grated cheese and serve immediately.
