Simple and quick breakfast for the unpretentious. In a small saucepan, put oatmeal, diced softer pear, pour a glass of boiled water (you can put more water, so that the whole oatmeal is soaked in water, but the water does not overflow the oatmeal) and put it on the stove. Stir while cooking and give the pear a little pop now and then. If you like, you can add honey, stevia or something else to sweeten the porridge. Stir the porridge until it becomes thick or until the pears are at least a little cooked. (Of course, they don’t have to be fully cooked unless you have a lot of time to spare). Set the porridge aside, garnish and serve. If someone doesn’t like pears, they can use other fruits, there are no limits to imagination. 🙂
