600 g coarse flour 1 pk egg a little salt a little water 100 g pear 80 g sugar 60 g butter

procedure

1. Prepare the dough from the flour, egg, salt and water. Let it stand for about 15 min, then roll it out on a floured paddle, cut it into gnocchi noodles and cook it. 2. Drain the cooked dumplings, spread with butter and sprinkle with minced pears and sugar.
