Ingredients:
1 large or 2 small pears
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
10 g fresh ginger root, grated
Preparation :
– Wash the pears, peel them, remove the core and cut into pieces. Place in a saucepan with the grated ginger, honey and cinnamon and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring.
– Mash with a fork. If you want to get a smooth jam,blend the preparation with a blender.
