Pear and chocolate cake recipe
A good dessert this pear and chocolate moelleux, which will please all the gourmets, to make easily and in a few minutes. To reduce the number of points and calories we used cottage cheese and no butter in this recipe.
Ingredients for 6 parts:
6 SP – Green / 5 SP – Blue / 5 SP – Purple 120 g flour 120 g cottage cheese 0% 4 pears 50 g dark chocolate 3 eggs 50 g stevia 1 packet baking powder
Preparation:
Start by peeling the pears then cut them into pieces and set aside.
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the stevia, then add the cottage cheese, flour and yeast.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave, then add it to the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Add the pear pieces and mix gently.
Pour the mixture into a mold covered with parchment paper, then place the cake in a preheated oven at 180° for 35 to 40 minutes.
Let the pear and chocolate moelleux cool before unmolding and tasting.
