Peanut Butter Yogurt Muffins

Here is the recipe for Peanut Butter Yogurt Muffins, light and fluffy muffins with the great taste of peanut butter. These muffins are easy to make and perfect for snacking.

Ingredients for 12 muffins:

200 g flour 2 tablespoons sweetener 1 packet baking powder 1 0% Greek yogurt 3 eggs 60 g peanut butter

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a bowl put the eggs and sweetener then beat until frothy.

Add the yogurt and peanut butter then mix well.
Then add the sifted flour and baking powder then mix well.

Split the batter into the 12 muffin tins lined with baking paper then bake for about 20-25 minutes.
