Peach soup
ingredients
400 g ripe peaches 1 liter water 1 pk whole vanilla 40 g sugar 1,25 dl sweet cream 2 pk egg yolk to taste salt, lemon juice
procedure
Place the pitted peaches in boiling water, add vanilla and cook until soft. Then mash them, stir in sugar, salt, and simmer. Stir the egg yolks whisked in the cream and lemon juice to taste into the finished, cooled peaches.
