200 g soft cottage cheese 200 g butter 250 g plain flour 1 can peaches powdered sugar for sprinkling
procedure
Cottage cheese dough and peaches – fresh one-pieces.
1.
Raw ingredients. Drain the peaches and cut them into marigolds.

In a bowl, mix cottage cheese with butter.
3.
Add the flour and work the dough with your hands and immediately transfer it to a board.
4.
Roll out the dough, cut out circles, place a peach moon on the edge of each circle and fold the circle over the peach.
5.
Transfer to a baking sheet with parchment paper.
6.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes until golden. When they have cooled down a little, sprinkle the cakes with icing sugar.
