Peach-cream no-bake cake

ingredients

1 packet whipped cream powder 1,5 dl milk 300 ml sour cream 3 packets cinnamon sugar 250 g round biscuits 750 ml peach compote whipped cream and mint for decoration

Fresh fruit-cream cake that will refresh not only in the summer months…

Beat the powdered whipping cream with milk until stiff, slowly add sour cream and cinnamon sugar (who does not like cinnamon can be replaced with vanilla sugar).

Into the cake tin layer: biscuits, cream, fruit, repeat at least 3 times. The top must be cream.

Then decorate the cake with the whipped cream itself, peaches and mint. Place the cake in the refrigerator, at least 4-5 hours, preferably overnight. Then decorate it according to your imagination.
