Pea soup with wormwood

750 g young peas 1 pk lettuce 6 pk shallots 4 sprigs fresh wormwood 30 g butter 750 ml chicken broth 1 tsp sugar 4 tbsp cream a little lemon juice
step
1. In a saucepan in melted butter, simmer the shallots finely chopped. Sauté for about 2 to 3 minutes, but not until browned. Then add the shelled peas, stock, sugar and a little salt. Simmer for about 15 to 20 minutes until the peas are almost tender. 2. Then add the sliced lettuce leaves and wormwood leaves to the soup. Cover and cook until tender. Blend the soup, then stir in the cream and lemon juice. Let it boil. Season to taste.
