Pea soup with Vegetable Recipes

200 g dry peas 3 pcs carrots 1/2 pcs celery 1 pcs vegetable broth a little oil a little plain flour to taste salt 2 pcs garlic a little marjoram

Soak the peas in water the day before. Cook it in the same water the next day.

Clean and dice carrots, celery and add the Vegetable Recipes to the peas with the broth. Cook together until semi-soft.
