Pea soup with semolina gnocchi
ingredients
1 packet frozen peas 1 pk egg a little semolina salt red ground paprika ground cumin oil plain flour black ground pepper

1.
Put the peas in salted water to boil.

In the next pot make a roux – fry the flour in a little oil, when it browns a little , add the cumin seeds and red chillies. Take off the heat, add cold water , stir and pour into the soup.

Stir and add black ground pepper.

Place a whole egg in a bowl (do not salt, otherwise the gnocchi would be hard) and sprinkle in semolina, so that the batter is semi-stiff.
5.
Using a spoon, remove parts of the dough and put into the boiling soup.
6.
Let it simmer for a few minutes and serve.
