Pea soup with sausage

200 g dried peas 1 pk vegetable broth 2 pk bay leaves 3 pk sausages salt ground black pepper

Put the dried peas in a pot and cover with water. Let it cook until the peas are soft. Then, using an immersion blender, blend it. Add the bay leaf, vegetable broth and let it simmer for a few more minutes. In the meantime, cut the sausages into rounds and fry them in a frying pan. Season the soup with salt and pepper and add the fried sausages and let it cook for a few more minutes to combine the flavours.
